Video review of "Silver Girls. Retouched History of Photography"

In this video, Alise Tifentale reviews the book and exhibition catalogue Silver Girls. Retouched History of Photography (Tartu: Tartu Art Museum and Blind Carbon Copy, 2020) in conversation with the editors of the book, Šelda Puķīte and Indrek Grigor. The conversation took place via Zoom in January 2021 and the video first aired on March 24, 2021.

The book Silver Girls. Retouched History of Photography was born out of an exhibition of the same name at the Tartu Art Museum (June 12 — September 27, 2020) and it introduces ten early women photographers who worked in Estonia and Latvia in the early 20th century.
